£8,000 Raised at This Year’s Annual Walk at Arundel Castle Estate
A huge thank you to everyone who braved the wet weather to support this year’s walk at Arundel Castle Estate Park. Despite the rain, the event attracted nearly 500 walkers and an amazing 58 registered dogs!
Participants enjoyed the wonderful views and sheep-lined paths around the estate, while tractor trailer rides kindly provided by the Norfolk Estate were a big hit. Families also enjoyed games and activities hosted by the Arundel Castle Cricket Foundation
The tea tent Party On The Grass proved especially popular, serving homemade cakes including donations from Mark Payne Landscape Design and delicious sausage rolls donated by Boca Loco to keep everyone warm and smiling throughout the day. Pinks Vintage Ice cream vans and Rainbows Face Painting Body Art and Glitter. Music by Out of the Blue.
It takes a community to put on an event such as this, and we are incredibly grateful to all the volunteers who gave up their time to help — especially the stewards who spent the day stationed out in the fields along the route.
There are always such good vibes on this special Sunday, as people come together to meet up, enjoy the day, and support the charity.
Thank you again to everyone who walked, volunteered, donated, and supported the event for helping us raise an incredible £8,000!
